Begin your journey to better health with a comprehensive 1-hour consultation, available in-office or via telehealth. During this visit, we’ll take a detailed health history, discuss your concerns, and gain a deep understanding of your needs in order to create a personalized treatment plan tailored just for you. We encourage you to bring any recent labs and/or evaluations from other providers to review at your visit.

Follow-up visits

Starting at $75+

Follow-up appointments are designed to provide ongoing support and guidance to established patients as you continue your health journey. These visits are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute increments, depending on the level of care needed:

  • Routine (30 minutes) – $75
    Focused check-in to review progress, review basic lab panels, and address straightforward concerns.

  • Extensive (45 minutes) – $100
    Allows additional time to review more complex lab panels, make treatment adjustments, and address multiple concerns.

  • Complex (60 minutes) – $125
    Comprehensive follow-up for in-depth discussions, complex cases, or multiple health needs.

*The length and complexity of your follow-up will be determined at the provider’s discretion to ensure your needs are fully addressed.

sports physical

Comprehensive physical exam required for sports-related activities. Please bring the necessary form provided by your school or organization to ensure all requirements are completed and documented. Ages 18 and under.

*NOTE: If your sports physical requires an EKG, we do not offer this service at this time.
