Core Health is the medical arm of Core Wellness, offering Direct Primary Care with a focus on root-cause, functional, and integrative approaches. Our goal is to help you get to the bottom of your health concerns and create individualized treatment plans that combine natural, holistic strategies with evidence-based conventional medicine. We manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disorders, and gut health issues, while supporting overall wellness. New Patient Consultation

$175 - PROMOTIONAL PRICE ($25 OFF through January 31st, 2026)

Begin your journey to better health with a comprehensive 1-hour consultation, available in-office or via telehealth. During this visit, we’ll take a detailed health history, discuss your concerns, and gain a deep understanding of your needs in order to create a personalized treatment plan tailored just for you. We encourage you to bring any recent labs and/or evaluations from other providers to review at your visit.

Established Patient Visit (Follow-up)

Starting at $75+

Follow-up appointments are designed to provide ongoing support and guidance to established patients as you continue your health journey. These visits are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute increments, depending on the level of care needed:

  • Routine (30 minutes) – $75
    Focused check-in to review progress, review basic lab panels, and address straightforward concerns.

  • Extensive (45 minutes) – $100
    Allows additional time to review more complex lab panels, make treatment adjustments, and address multiple concerns.

  • Complex (60 minutes) – $125
    Comprehensive follow-up for in-depth discussions, complex cases, or multiple health needs.

*The length and complexity of your follow-up will be determined at the provider’s discretion to ensure your needs are fully addressed.

Sick Visit (In-Clinic)

$75+

For sudden health concerns such as cold or flu symptoms, gastrointestinal upset, skin rashes, or urinary issues, we offer convenient 20-minute acute visits. In-house lab testing is available when needed, including COVID-19, Flu A&B, Strep A, RSV, urinalysis, urine pregnancy, and glucose testing.

*The base visit fee is $75, with any necessary lab testing added separately based on cost.

Sick Visit (Telehealth)

$60

Get quick, convenient care from the comfort of home for acute concerns such as cold symptoms, urinary issues, gastrointestinal upset, or skin rashes. While a physical exam is limited virtually, we strive to provide thorough, compassionate care to address your needs. Our telehealth platform is built into our Electronic Medical Record making it quick and convenient to provide safe, quality care for your health needs.

*Telehealth visits are available to patients located in the state of South Carolina only.

Sports Physical

$40

Comprehensive physical exam required for sports-related activities. Please bring the necessary form provided by your school or organization to ensure all requirements are completed and documented. Ages 18 and under.

*NOTE: If your sports physical requires an EKG, we do not offer this service at this time.

At Core Wellness, our in-house lab testing allows you to get fast, accurate results during your visit. These convenient services help us diagnose and manage health concerns quickly, so you can start the right treatment without delay. Whether you’re feeling under the weather or need routine monitoring, our team is here to provide timely, compassionate care every step of the way.
