Not at this time. At Core Wellness, we choose to operate as a cash-based practice so that our care is centered on you, not insurance limitations. This allows us to spend the time you deserve with each visit, thoroughly addressing your health concerns, exploring root causes, and creating personalized treatment plans. Without the constraints of insurance metrics, we can focus on quality, comprehensive care—whether it’s preventative wellness, chronic condition management, or acute illness treatment. Our goal is to provide care that truly meets your needs, on your schedule, with attention and compassion.

Do you offer sick visits?

Yes! At Core Wellness, we offer both in-office and telemedicine appointments for sick visits. Whether you have cold or flu symptoms, gastrointestinal upset, skin rashes, urinary concerns, or other acute issues, we can evaluate and support you promptly. Our clinic is equipped to perform in-office lab testing including COVID-19, Flu A&B, Strep, RSV, Urinalysis, Urine pregnancy, and Glucose checks. We also have the capability to order additional lab tests to be drawn at local lab facilities when needed. Your care and recovery are our priority. Sick visits are for ages 1+.

are there age restrictions for appointments?

At Core Wellness, we offer sick visits for patients ages 1 and up, ensuring care for children and adults when they are ill. For chronic care management and wellness visits, we see patients 18 and older, allowing us to provide comprehensive, personalized care for ongoing health needs.

*If you have a child under the age of 18 in need of chronic care management and/or wellness visits, we partner with Natural Kids, a pediatric integrative medical practice, and would love to set you up with an appointment with the pediatric provider.

can core wellness order labs, imaging and referrals?

Yes! We can order blood work to be drawn at local lab facilities, make specialist referrals, and request diagnostic imaging such as CT scans, MRIs, or ultrasounds. We partner with trusted local facilities to ensure you receive the highest quality care. While Core Wellness is a cash-based practice, these procedures can often be covered by your health insurance when performed through external providers.

can core wellness prescribe medications?

Yes! When medically necessary, we can prescribe medications and send them directly to your preferred pharmacy, ensuring convenient and timely access to the treatments you need.

CAN I MAKE SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS?

Yes! At Core Wellness, we strive to accommodate same-day appointments whenever possible, especially for sick visits or urgent concerns. We recommend calling early in the day to secure the earliest available time.
